SUR L’AUTOROUTE DE L’ÉMERGENCE

L’ Atsinanana, l’ Alaotra Mangoro et Analanjirofo sont trois régions uniques et exceptionnelles. Elles seront à l’honneur lors de la deuxième édition du Business Forum Régional (BFR) à Toamasina. En un évènement, première région portuaire et le principal grenier à riz de Madagascar auront l’occasion unique de mettre en avant leurs potentiels respectifs.

En effet, l’ Emergence Régionale ne pourrait se faire en autarcie. Au-delà de son Plan Régional de Développement, une Région pourrait également considérer les interconnexions régionales (infrastructures routières, électriques, aéroportuaires, télécommunications, etc…) et les interdépendances économiques (flux de biens et services, de main d’œuvres, de capitaux) avec d’autres Régions limitrophes. Ainsi, ce BFR sera-t-il une occasion pour identifier les synergies, les intégrations commerciales et productives (chaînes de valeur régionales, zones d’émergence industrielle) qui permettraient, à terme, aux Régions d’accélérer leur développement en tirant partie de leurs forces et atouts respectifs.

Durant trois jours, différents projets de développement mis en œuvre dans l’ Alaotra Mangoro, l’ Atsinanana et l’ Analanjirofo seront mis en avant. Le point d’orgue de cet évènement concernera la présentation des programmes prioritaires ciblés du Plan Emergence de Madagascar. Parmi les projets phares, citons la Zone Industrielle Textile de Moramanga, la construction de l’autoroute reliant les Régions Analamanga, Alaotra Mangoro et Atsinanana.
