REGULATION

1. Admission requirements

Admission is reserved for any natural person, company or public or private body, linked to the Home Appliances & Deco, Construction, Real Estate & Garden, Energy, Architects, Interior and Exterior Designers. The admission of an exhibitor is validated after receipt by the exhibitor of an admission certificate issued and signed by the organizer This admission certificate is issued only if the exhibitor sends before 23 August 2022 to the organizer, the participation form, duly. completed and singed, together with the payment. The organizer alone is qualified to accept or refuse an application form. An exhibitor who cannot exhibit for a reason beyond his control will be entitled to any reimbursement from the organizer. However ,if the organizer manages to sublet his stand, the exhibitor in need will be reimbursed at high cost of 50% of the price of the stand. The organizer is solely responsible for the allocation of stands/spaces. The order of registration and the general look will govern the allocation of stands.

2. Obligations and rights of the exhibitor

The exhibitor can occupy his stand from Thursday 3rd November 2022 at 8.30 am until Monday 14th November 4.00 pm. All samples exhibition material and individual decorations must have been removed by Monday 14th November 2022 at 4.00 pm. The exhibitor will only exhibit the products and services as described in the catalog form. It is not authorized to promote a company which does not exhibit or sublet all or part of the space allocated to it. The exhibitor will take care not to disturb his neighbour. He is responsible for the cleanliness and good maintenance of his stand. During the opening hours of the exhibition, the exhibitor must keep his stand open and maintain a minimum staff. Any damage cause by the exhibitor to the space and equipment made available to him will be at his expense.

3. Stand with ceiling and two-level stand

Exhibitor wishing to put a ceiling on their stand and/or make stand on two level (ground floor + one) must imperatively submit to the organizer one month before the exhibition takes place the corresponding plans duly approved by qualified engineer in operation in Mauritius. The organizer will have this plan approved by the show engineer and construction authorization will not be issued following the approval of the show engineer.

4. Decoration , exhibition materials and samples

The organizer is responsible for the general decoration of the exhibition. The exhibitor is responsible for the decoration of his stand. He is also responsible for the transport, shipping and receipt of his exhibition material and samples. Any samples, brochure or gift may only be distributed by the exhibitor within the confines of his stand.

5. Visitors

The exhibition is open from Saturday 5th to 13th November 2022.Opening hours : Saturday 5th to 6th November 2022 (10 am to 10 pm) – Monday 7th November to 10th 2022 (10 am to 8 pm) Friday 11th November to 13th 2022 (10 am to 10 pm)

6. Insurance

For safety reasons must take an insurance policy for the risk that he may suffer or that he may cause on his stand. The organizer is relieved of all responsibility concerning the theft or damage that exhibitor may suffer.

7. Application of regulation

These regulation apply to the RELIANCE WORLD EVENTS IN ASSOCIATION WITH WAZAA FM (MAURITIUS). By signing the participation form the exhibitor consents to the content of these regulation and to the new provisions may be imposed by the circumstances and adopted in the interest of the exhibition by the organizer.
