Environmental Commitment Program (ECP) for the development of a hotel with a capacity of fifty (50) to one hundred and twenty (120) rooms or a restaurant with a seating capacity of sixty (60) to two hundred and fifty (250) guests or a  tourism attraction of two (02) to twenty (20) hectares1
OR, environmental permit issued by the National  Environment Office (ONE) for projects requiring an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). This means the development of any hotel with a capacity exceeding one hundred and twenty (120) rooms or any restaurant with a seating capacity exceeding two hundred and fifty (250) guests or any recreation-tourism combined area of ​​more than twenty (20) hectares1
OR, environmental permit issued by the National  Environment Office (ONE) for any development or modification of facilities located in sensitive areas; such projects require an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)1
